LILLEY UNLEASHED: Mayor's office embraces idea of Indigenous member of council

Sun political columnist Brian Lilley says the Toronto mayor’s office is looking to place an Indigenous person on city council without even being elected. The issue is going before the city’s Executive Committee in the next week.
